Gene McClendon is originally from St. Louis, MO. Coming from a small town, he has dedicated his life to entrepreneurial endeavors, specifically ones that lift up the African American community from within. For the past 30 years, he has been a successful business owner of Stratos Motorclub International, (formerly International Motoring, Inc.). He prides himself on being called for the task and delivering the dream. Not only has Gene been successfully doing business with an elite clientele whom he considers friends. Loyalty and excellence is the engine that drives Gene and has always been committed to providing the very best for his friends with business solutions.

Selected second by the Los Angeles Rams in the 1983 draft, Eric Dickerson was a running back in the National Football League for 11 seasons. Prior to, Dickerson played college football for the Mustangs of Southern Methodist University (SMU), majoring in Broadcast Film and Sociology. Inducted into the National Football League Hall of Fame in 1999, he established rookie records for most rushing attempts (390), most rushing yards gained (1,808) and most touchdowns rushing (18). Dickerson currently holds the record for single season rushing yards (2,105) His efforts earned him All-Pro, Pro Bowl, Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year honors. He is recognized as one of the greatest running backs in the National Football League.

Mitch Richmond was the 5th overall pick of the 1988 NBA Draft, chosen by the Golden State Warriors. Richmond played in the NBA for 14 years, playing with the Warriors through 1991, and then was with the Sacramento Kings from 1991-98. He was with the Washington Wizards from 1998-2001 and finished his career with a single season with the Los Angeles Lakers. In his NBA career, Richmond averaged 21.0 ppg, and finished with 20,497 points, and was considered one of the leagues best pure shooters. He was a six-time NBA All-Star, a five-time All-NBA Team member and was NBA Rookie of the Year for the 1988/89 season. Richmond's #2 was retired by the Sacramento Kings.Internationally Richmond won a gold medal at the 1996 Olympics and a bronze medal at the 1988 Olympics. He also won a silver medal at the 1987 Universiade. In 2014, Richmond was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame

David Christopher Justice (born April 14, 1966) is a retired American professional baseball outfielder and designated hitter in Major League Baseball who played for the Atlanta Braves (1989–1996),Cleveland Indians (1997–2000), New York Yankees (2000–2001), and Oakland Athletics (2002). Justice was inducted into the Atlanta Braves Hall of Fame in 2007. He was the first member of any of the Braves' 14 consecutive division title teams (1991–2005, excluding the strike-shortened season in 1994) to be inducted in the Braves Hall of Fame. Justice won the National League Rookie of the Year Award in 1990, and was a three-time MLB All-Star. ALCS MVP, and NL Silver Slugger. Originally from Washington, DC, Idris has been in sales and marketing for technology companies for over 20 years. Through his success in the Technology industry, he has been able to establish a great reputation over that span of time. He prides himself on being honest, transparent and respectful to everyone he interacts with, especially when it comes to conducting business with others. By having a mentality of always looking to help others first, this has made him an important part of the PCL team.
Research / Business Development
Gary is a USC alumni having graduated in Business Administration. Gary brings to PCL a wealth of knowledge in research and development, overseas manufacturing, and resourcing. He has 4 years experience in the medical device manufacturing field and 2 years in LED advertising.

Joel is a strategic IT leader with strong business instincts and the ability to stay in step with the ever increasing complexity of technology offerings. Joel brings industry experience in Aerospace, Financial Services, Internet, Manufacturing, Telecom, Utilities, Banking, Healthcare, Global Nonprofits. Expertise with industry regulations including OTS, FFIEC, HIPAA, and CPUC. He received his Bachelors of Science, Human Resources, PURDUE UNIVERSITY, 1995
